2010-2011 Schedule
GENERAL SESSIONS :
All General Sessions will begin in December. General Sessions
will be held on Sunday evenings following the 6:00 PM Mass in the
Family Life Center.

RETREATS:
Phase II Sunday, April 10, 2011 at St. Luke. The National Evangelization Team will present the retreat. The retreat begins at l:00 PM and everyone will attend the 6:00 PM Mass to close the retreat. No permission slip required. Cost is $10.00 (may have been paid at registration) Please eat lunch before coming to the retreat; snack will be provided.
Phase I Saturday, March 19, 2011 St. Margaret Mary Gym. Parents are to drop students off at St. Margaret Mary for 10:00AM More information regarding the day as we get closer. Cost is $10.00 (may have been paid with CCD registration)
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE TESTS:
Phase I & II Monday, April 18, 2011 7:00 PM
Tuesday, April 19,2011 7:00 PM
Catholic School students may choose either night.
SERVICE HOURS
Phase I candidates are required to perform 10 service hours. Service hours can be acquired by performing community service with your school or school organization, Scouting programs, neighborhood programs and such. Altar servers, musicians/choir members, ushers and helping at Church sponsored activities also qualify for service hours.
Phase II candidates are required to perform 15 service hours using the same criteria as Phase I. However, at least 7 hours must be done at Church related activities.
OPTIONAL FIELD TRIP:
Tuesday, April 19, 2011 The Chrism Mass at St. Louis Cathedral in New Orleans. Leave St. Luke at 8:15AM, Mass at 10:00AM and return to St. Luke about 3:30PM. We will have lunch in town
after Mass. Bring money for lunch.
Optional field trip requires a permission slip. Transportation will be provided. Parents are invited to attend and chaperons will be needed.
